Do I need an account?#

No. There are no accounts. Reports are private links that expire.

Is it free?#

Yes. FixPin is free and open source (GPL).

Who can see my report?#

Anyone with the link, and the passcode if you set one. Nobody else: reports are not listed or searchable.

What if my screenshot shows private information?#

Hide it before you send. The app and the extension send exactly the screenshot you see, nothing more. Don't include passwords or card numbers.

Does FixPin give support access to my site?#

No. FixPin only shows the problem. For WordPress sites, Fixpass adds safe, temporary administrator access.

Does it work offline?#

The app opens offline, but creating and opening reports needs a connection, because reports live on the server until they expire.

Can I run my own server?#

Which browsers does the extension support?#

Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox.

Why were no errors collected?#

The extension collects errors from the moment you click its button. Click it first, then reproduce the problem.
